Your Privacy Is Protected
Confidentiality is the foundation of everything we do in our EAP.
What you share with your counsellor stays between you and your counsellor. Counselling records are kept separate from general business records, and where we provide EAP services to an organization, we never share an individual’s counselling content with their employer. Any reporting to a company is limited to anonymized, aggregated trends that cannot identify anyone.
That protection is not a detail — it is what makes the support genuinely usable.

Our counselling service supports wellbeing and coping, and our counsellors are qualified professionals. It is not, however, an emergency or crisis service.
