Where Swakshamta provides EAP services to an organization, we do not share an individual employee’s personal counselling content with their employer. Any reporting to an organization is provided only in an aggregated, anonymized form (for example, overall usage trends) that does not identify individuals.
Limited exceptions may apply only where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious and identifiable risk of harm to the individual or another person.
